You must be signed up at least an hour or more in advance to participate in the class
- Sign up for classes in the normal way on Mindbody Online or download the Mindbody App (link below)
-Live-streaming classes are included for all Contracted Memberships and all active current pricing options (e.g. Unlimited monthly pass, Buy 4 Get 1 Free class pass, etc.)
- You will receive an email about 30-45 minutes prior to the start of the class with a link and meeting ID that will take you to the Zoom Yoga Room
- You will be able to access the live-stream on your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device through any browser
- For the best experience on tablets and mobile devices, we recommend downloading the free Zoom App

Please mute your mics the moment class officially begins - & please remain on mute until the instructor has ended class.
However prior to class start - please do feel free to greet your instructors as well as confirm you are able to clearly hear/see them. At the end of your classes - you are welcome to thank your instructor and share any comments you may have (they love to hear from everyone before/after class!)

● May I unmute my mic to ask questions during class/inform my instructor of any sudden technical issues?
We understand technical difficulties are frustrating, but should any issues arise during the class - we still ask that you remain on mute & to please send us an email (or use the Zoom chat function) to let us know. This way - we can happily help you troubleshoot after class as best we can while still ensuring the class flows appropriately for all other attendees both onsite as well as online while the class is still in session.
● Am I able to test Zoom before taking a class?
Absolutely - and we especially recommend doing this if you are planning to attend a live-stream yoga class with us for the first time! See steps for for testing your zoom through this link:
